It was pouring cats and dogs when my cousin Jackie came to pick us up. The restaurant is somewhere near Jeremy's [the baby's Dad] house in Desa Petaling.
We ate in a private room. Food was ok. Jeremy brought a couple bottles of red wine. The star of the night, Ver Ronn was blissfully unaware of all the buzz and fuss around him. He slept peacefully throughout the evening, even though he was passed from one person to another who all wanted to carry him and take pics with him. He got a hair cut and some baby rashes [coz the milk he has was too heaty???]. Hmmm... I prefer his original hair and felt so sakit hati over all the red spots on his little body and face. Think should give him more water to cool him down so that the rashes will all go away. Nevertheless, he's still cute as ever!!
After eating, we discovered there's a karaoke set in the room. So, within minutes, a karaoke session was in full swing. The songs available were more to my parents' era but what the heck! My sisters and cousins all sang our lungs out. Mom and Dad sang together a couple of times. There was one song, which Mom likes to sing to us when we were little: Tell Laura I Love Her. She and Dad decided to sing this song together, with hilarious results. Hahahaha...Needless to say, all of us had a good time :)
