The title of this post is with reference to my good friend Michelle, and her husband Jeremy. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Arin, into the world yesterday evening. I went to see them after work just now and gosh, do I feel old, looking at my friend's baby. She's a new mommy and I'm an aunty!! Little Arin has a mop of black hair and is super cute. She's just 1 day old and looks totally precious.
Michelle is the calm mother while Jeremy's the hands-on dad, running up and down the stairs to check on his little baby. I'm so very very happy for both of them!! Congrats, you guys!!
I'm gonna meet them again in a month's time, during Arin's full moon party.
Now, I gotta rush off to eat, then pack for the 3 day shoot up at the resort. Urgghhh.... Hate long, tiring shoots :( This shoot is so last minute, I don't even have ample time to prep for it. I feel like I have no choice over the talents and wardrobe selection. Since we're in such a super rush, most of my preferred talents are unavailable and I gotta make do with so-so ones. I don't even have a final wardrobe fitting. No preview, whatsoever. Just an email to view the wardrobe reference. Sigh... But what to do. This job is so rushed!! Beggars can't be choosers, right?
