Sykosis @ Heritage Mansion

The Sykosis event @ Heritage Mansion was my lil niece [long complicated story on how we figured out we're aunty & niece] Melissa's 1st event. So of coz, as her aunty, I have to go to show my support. I'm really proud of Mel for being able to take a step forward in achieving what she really wants to do. A pat on the back for Mel!! You'll always have my support Mel :)

We've known each other for 5 long years and have been through quite a bit together. We don't hang out as often as before [we used to work together. Those were the days. I used to laugh to much in the office coz of her. She's just so damn funny!! Sigh... Come to think of it, I used to laugh a lot everyday. What happened? I don't do that anymore...], but we still share a really close bond. We realised on the day before Sykosis that we have not partied nor taken any pics together. So, we gotta make sure we enjoy ourselves silly on that night and blind ourselves from the camera flash while taking 5 years' worth of pics!!

The event turned out really good. Lotsa people came and they really seemed like they were enjoying themselves, dancing almost the whole night away. I'm more of a R&B person, so I don't really know how to dance to Electrofunk music. I just sat down and spoke to a few of Mel's friends and got entertained by watching people dance.

It was a good night. Mel was really happy [and drunk. Apparently, she puked all the way from the car to her friend's house and hit her head against a parked Pajero on the way. She left a trail of puke and has a nasty bruise on her foreheard now. Haha... Classic Melissa!!] and I am happy for her. Will pester her to organise more R&B events :P
