Happy Birthday, Mom!!

It's Mom's birthday today, so

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM!!

I treated mom to a relaxing 2 hour massage @ Hartamas yesterday. While waiting for Mom, I went to my fav cafe there to have lunch. I brought along with me a pile of reading materials to occupy my 2 hours waiting time. Yaacob came to see me [how sweet] and rescued me from a sticky situation [my hero!!].

Then, in the evening, we met up with Shu @ Uptown to have Mom's birthday dinner in Du Viet, this charming lil Vietnamese Restaurant. The deco is simple and nice and the food was served rather fast. Service was good as well. I really like the fish. Very yummy!!

After dinner, Shu, Soo and I went to TTDI to buy a cake for Mom. We then went home and sang Mom her birthday song and sat down at the dining hall to have some cake and chit chatted.

Mom must be pretty happy with her pressies this year. She got a bag from Shu, 2 more bags from Soo, jewellry from Dad, a really nice sparky silver makeup kit from Jebb and a new handphone from me. Dad also gave her a surprise during dinner by giving her a credit card with an enviable credit limit [jealous!!].

Hmmm... Dunno when I will be able to apply for such a card.

Hope Mom had a great day. I heard from her she planned to have a lil get-together with her lady friends and have brunch today. Dunno how it went... Must go ask her later...

Anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN, MOM!! WE LOVE U!!!!!!
