Years Gone By...

Gosh, I do feel old :'(

Why do I feel that way? Well, I've been very 'anti-aging' for quite some time now... Obssessed with studying the lines under my eyes, eye bags, any hint of aging on me really freaks me out!!

Why, o, why do we hafta get old??!!!

I hate wrinkles! Hate eyebags!! Hate lines!! Wish there are magical erasers that I can use to erase all those hateful lines >:(

Was at a secondary school gathering thingy at TGIF, The Curve last Friday. I am never a fan of gatherings of any sort. The purpose of me attending that particular gathering was coz of Pammy. My dear long lost punjabi secondary school classmate, Paminder.

She disappeared since SPM and I have not heard from her for years til a few months back when she found me in facebook [bless FB!!].

We messaged each other and she told me she'd be coming back to KL for a visit before going to the UK for her true love [sounds like some romantic Bollywood movie storyline, right?].

Only a few attended the dinner. Mei Ling was the PIC, given the task to call people and she managed to just get Jovan, Victor, Mae Pearl, Ing Keng and me.

I spent the whole time laughing me head off, reminiscing on our secondary school days. We were really quite a mischievous bunch back in school. Took a stroll down memory lane, talking about what we did, the teachers, some long forgotten schoolmates and how they are now. Wow, quite a lot of them are abroad/ married/ are parents.

I really feel darn old!!! Sigh...

It was good meeting up with them. I have not seen Pammy, Mei Ling and Mae Pearl since SPM, which was 9 freaking years ago. It's almost a decade!! So much to catch up...

After dinner at Friday's, Pammy, Mae Pearl, Victor and I went to Starbucks for more chit-chat. The rest left. Talked about life now and then. Really made me reflect on a lot of things... Also made me think about what I should do with my life... Hmmm...

Pammy's gonna be here for a month, so I guess we'll be meeting up a few more times before she leaves for the UK.
