Suilin's Wii Party

Woke up late today. Had such fun last nite at Alan's birthday bash @ Zouk!! We hung out so late that I by the time I got home and showered, it was already almost 5am...

Went to meet Yaacob. We went to The Curve for lunch. I wanted to have salad, so we went to Italianies' for Caesar's Salad. I had a mission! To get mom a yoga mat. But to my dismay, the Nike Women's shop at The Curve closed down >;(

I told mom before I left the house that I'd get her the mat for her yoga class tomorrow. Aarrgghh... Why did the shop close down??!!

Yaacob and I actually had a list of things to do, but as usual, we were running late [I dunno why we always end up not doing anything on our to-do list. We always have a list of things to do during weekends and holidays. But never seem to have enough time to get all the things done. Sigh... Such hectic schedules we have. I wish we could just have time to slow down and for once, have nothing to do, no place to rush to for just 1 weekend. That would be really blissful. The only time we ever have nothing to do, no people to meet, no place to rush to was when we were on a holiday to Redang and Phuket... Sigh... Back in KL, all our weekends are jam packed with lots of things to do!! I just wanna rest and chill out and just enjoy 1 weekend!! But that small lil wish just dun seem quite possible... :(]. Didn't manage to get anything done on our to-do list. I wanted to go grocery shopping, buy a pressie for Ginger and get mom her yoga mat. Yaacob wanted to go to Borders, walked around Ikea and check out a luggage shop but we didn't do any of those!! Aaarrghhh...

And we were late for Suilin's Wii party. It started at 4pm. We arrived at about 6pm plus :P

The moment we walked in, we saw Suilin and Kenny playing the tennis game. I'm such a tech idiot I dunno wad Wii stands for and I really dunno what it is all about. I was really amazed to find out we can now play games with our movements [holding the remote controls]!! Wow!! It's so cool!!

It was so fun!! I was having a boxing match Yaacob and I won the first round... Yeaaa... [a round of applause please!! I would never be able to win him in real life coz he's so much bigger than me, so winning him virtually felt really good :P]. Then, we played other games i.e. Donkey Kong, killing bunnies,etc. I suck in the racing game. I looked like I needed a driving lesson when I was playing the game. Kept driving into the walls, out of lane, etc. So malu!!

When Jessie and Lam came, we made them play the boxing game. Lam was good. He managed to KO Jessie!!

After a few rounds of game, we were hungry, so we said our goodbyes to Suilin and the twins and went for dinner.

We initially wanted to go to Jarrod & Rawlings, but it was closed :( Really wanted to have bacon.

We went to Cava instead. Yaacob, Lam, Jessie and I. We had a good dinner. :) After that, we went home. Felt really exhausted. Arms aching from the Wii games. And I still haven't gotten mom her yoga mat :P Really gotta get it for her during the weekend. For her class tomorrow, she can borrow mine.
