Abandoned!!

I arrived late to work today [overslept :P]. The moment I walked in, Alan, looking frenzied, came to me and said, "Therine Goh, don't abandon me today, ya". I was thinking, "Whassup with this fella?"

I later found out that the whole department won't be around for lunch. Everybody's going up to Genting Highlands either for meetings or for photo shootings. Even Ray Mak [Alan, in sheer desperation to have company for lunch called him up to ask him to have lunch together] was going up to Genting Highlands. David Man [who is usually available] is having a birthday lunch for his staff to celebrate one of the AE's birthday. Goodness!!

So, it's just 2 of us left.

Went to Delifrance for a quick lunch. Went to hunt for the super-volumnising/lengthening mascara in SaSa, but couldn't find it :( Then went back to the office.

I was really not used to the silent office [usually it'll be really noisy, like a marketplace with people walking around, kepoh-ing here and there and chit-chatting and with Chriz shouting at someone through the phone...]. Will make a mental note to find out everyone's schedules [by paying more attention to the whiteboard where everybody writes down where they'd be going a day before] so that I can avoid this from happening again.
